We thank you for your order and hope you enjoy your purchase. Should you need to refund a product, please refer to our return policy below:

Baabushka's Holiday Season Return Policy

All "Holiday Season" orders (defined as any regular or promotional-price item [ up to 20% off ] sold from 12:01AM November 15th to 11:59PM December 31st in a given year) can be returned through January 15th of the following year.

A faster way to exchange is to place a new order while returning the original merchandise. A reimbursement for the new order will be applied once the original item is returned and assessed to be in acceptable condition.

Baabushka's Non-Holiday Season Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date you received the merchandise, given the following conditions:

• All returned merchandise must be in the same condition you received it in. Repack your item and send it back to us. We recommend shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please email your return’s tracking number to orders@baabushka.com.
• No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered on worn products unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive the originally ordered goods. 

There's one exception to the conditions above: any "Clearance-Priced" items (meaning those discounted 25% or more) are final sale.
